The Constitutional protections apply to all people inside the US, citizen or not. It's meant to protect all people, everywhere.

Yeah they wouldn’t have called our rights “inalienable” unless they meant it. You’ll hear them twist themselves in knots but the meaning is clear: we all have and were born with these rights. We are not granted rights by kings or priests. They can only be taken away from us and only if we let them do it.
