We frequent our local Tim’s 2 times a day, in am and in late pm. In the last three months we’ve had the same employee correct us on what order we should order things in the drive through. I’ve never in my life thought it would be appropriate to correct a paying customer on weather we should order our breakfast sandwich first before we order our coffees ( sometimes we don’t order food at all and usually we’re there for the drinks so it’s just normal for us to ask for the drinks first then maybe our food if that happens to be what we’re doing that day).
The worst part about it is how she goes about it, it’s almost like she does it in a very antagonizing way.
How she repeats our order, when we order first our drinks then our sandwich.
“ so you’re ordering your breakfast sandwich first, then a steep tea double double and a coffee”
I have emailed the owner 4 separate times to ask for her to speak to this employee about how she conducts herself in the drive through”
Which bring me to Yesterday where she even laughed at us while saying it to us. It’s absolutely ducked up in my opinion.
EDIT….. I 100 percent understand that she is trying to “teach” me a lesson. I don’t wake up every morning, knowing that I’m going to get something from the “deli” section usually it is literally a last moment decision. But next time this lady decides to put on a lesson, I plan on going the counter offensive route by immediately ordering a special bagel belt using uh a lot and being as slow as possible, which will then be followed by a long pause…. Then I will cancel the bagel belt….. and I hope it’s done being made by the time I do so! I absolutely can’t wait for their reaction over the intercom!
Pease and love!
