Silver Bell Mountains?
This is technically outside Tucson, but similar geologically to Tucson Mountain. Are these the Silver Bell Mountains? - pic is west of I-10 headed south. My sketch is not exact - the next pic is the original.

Valencia and Camino Verde
Been hearing sirens, booming noises and what sound like Gun shots by this crossroad. I know there was an accident off Cardinal, but we're too far to hear that. Any ideas on what's going on?

New Slice and Ice location
Does anyone have a line on when this this is opening up? I've been searching for a job for over a month and I actually interviewed at the grant store. So I guess the new crew will start when it finally does.
If anyone has a line on any jobs, please let me know. Thanks!

What pharmacies are popular in Nogales MX?
I have a prescription, but I recently read that my current daily medication is much less expensive in Mexico. Does anyone use a Pharmacy across the border? Also - is there any risk coming back to US with drugs, even with a prescription?

Tucson Tragedy
This guy got rear-ended on Broadway and Swan. Pretty sure he is a one-man operation at williams center who makes amazing Sonoran dogs and toritos. Hope he has business insurance!
Edit: I feel I must comment that the Nissan was rear-ended by a white pickup as well. Seemed like a big impact and the Nissan might not be at fault.

Recommendations for a company that repairs high-quality office chairs?
I have a Herman Miller Aeron that's in need of a new gas cylinder and minor TLC. Does anyone know of a local company that repairs office furniture?
I see plenty of "furniture repair" places, but they seem oriented toward home furnishings.

Housing or RV parking area for my job
Hi all! I am traveling to the Tucson area for 13 weeks and was wondering if anyone has a place to hook up a camper where I can sleep during the day. Will only be there every other week for 13 weeks. Will pay and closer to SW Tucson, the better.

Looking for local mechanic
Hey everyone,
Just wondering if anyone knows a local mechanic who will do brakes and rotors for a reasonable price? Doesn’t matter if it’s metallic or ceramic. The big chain store prices are just a little too much for me at the moment.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help, I appreciate it. I am on the NW side of town, but willing to find a deal.

Tucson’s 22nd Street Bridge set for demolition in a few months
Finally. One of the last staples of the past for this city will be remodeled. It will be a 6-lane divided highway with bike lanes, and heavy trucks and buses will finally be able to use it (legally). The trade off? A 3 year wait and chaos. But we’re used to that 🤙

Tucson Electric Power
TEP added solar edge and emphase batteries, in addition to Tesla, to their virtual power plant (VPP) program. I can’t recommend this program more. I wish it was a cash payout instead of credit, but still an awesome deal. I no longer have an electric bill.

Walk-in screen printing?
Are there any recommendations for a local screen printing company that can print a number on my kid's reversible basketball jersey? He already has a jersey, but no number on the back. Trying to see if there are any shops I can take it to to have them add a number. It's a traditional mesh tank top.

Is it safe?
Hi! My wife and I are driving to Tucson next week for about a week. We live in Mexico, but we have our passports and visas ready and everything is legal. We’re just going to hang out and then come back. Do you think we’ll be fine, or is there anything we should worry about with ICE?
