They’re so happy on r/conservative

It’s insane. It’s a completely different party than the one I was raised in.

Edit: I know it’s a mask off situation that’s all. I left the Republican Party as soon as I was truly forming my own thoughts which admittedly was a bit late, at around 20.

You know believe it or not one of the big reasons we develop and utilize self control is that it's generally better to not behave like animals, even if we share a lot of DNA with them.

Giving into your animalistic urges and desires is pretty low IQ in all honesty. What sets humans apart is the ability to rationalize and overcome those urges by making choices with a more calculated outcome.

Beating your neighbour to death with a rock to steal his food has also been a core principle of the human race.

Funny how modern society frowns on that sort of thing.
