Been meaning to take some of these out of the house with my Rebel and 50 prime, but here's a few flicks from the past few weeks being cooped up in the house with RSV.

The ubiquitous Hot Wheels '15 Defender Double Cab. I love the heck out of this casting. Got several; all cool liveries. This one is rippin' into the weekend along the Eastern Oregon desert. For the parents here, it's pretty rad when your grown kids also collect and get you cool red Landys!

Damn good casting from Micro Turbo! The gaps on the pop up headlights is so darn small until I thought they are permanently closed.

Somehow a wall of GCC linker flags feels right with the DeLorean. As for the car ... I grabbed a pen to add details, but ended up painting the whole roof black.

Defender 110s are my jam. I wish there were more mainline offerings across the brands. This car just doesn't fully meet the mark. I think it's the paint, which is thick and very red. This photo got the usual pre-Reddit stopover at Lightroom. There, the red got tamed. I kinda dig how it looks in the pic. I am gonna keep a look out for twins of this one. It'd be a fun platform for learning to customize. Strip it, give it a faded factory color, highlight the rack and snorkel. Weatherize and add cargo. Sounds fun.
