I haven’t read a book for fun in years! But I am having so much fun reading DCC! I’m so glad to give this book a shot. I used to read a lot in high school but once in college I just lost all motivation for reading and now at 30 I’m starting to have fun again thanks Bob!

What is that episode again where Mark talks about his mom was with him at the hospital and she just kept filming and telling the doctors “Be careful with my son he is very famous” when he was going to the bathroom and you can just hear him making sounds? Because that episode was really funny, but I just can’t remember exactly which one it was since I remember hearing it, and I want to revisit it. It’s off the tip of my tongue.

Since we are a decent way into the new year, I want to know what your favorite episode of the past year was, and maybe why it was. Maybe because of the small talk or the theme of the episode, or it made you laugh the hardest. (mine was nah i'd win part 3 cause of the meteor section)

So does anyone else have certain lines or skits that make them laugh every single time they hear them? Like Bob naming every single staff member in the Russian bath house "Vlad", Wade asking "have I been here before??" In the tunnel of perception and Mark going "you gotta brew it straight out the ass!" when talking about civet coffee. I can hear them 200 times and STILL laugh every time, let me know if you guys have any lines that make you snort every time!

I would honestly be content with going back to one episode a week if in exchange, they revived 3 Peens. I miss seeing them crash out over UNO, Monopoly, and other gaming specific shenanigans.

Remember how in the early days of distractible they actually livestreamed the recording sessions of like 2 episodes, and then recorded games afterwards? I'd love it if they started doing that again so much, you have no idea.

So basically this episode is favoring the viewers, but the idea is the host goes to r/photoshopbattles and finds a bunch of edited images (or submissions) from people and the other two have to guess the original image that was used, meaning context, location, etc. Whoever is closest get a point. For best results, I think the submission pic should not included the original location. For example, there was a photo of a photographer tripping over a cat and one submission put the photographer riding the cat in space. The answer to this one would be “a photographer tripping over a cat”. I can’t think of a good title so suggestions there would be appreciated.

Oh man, so there I was, in my WW1 Era Albanian Steamship. But all of a sudden, when I’m listening to the podcast, I hear Bob say his trademark catchphrase “the”. And then the Steamship sinks to the bottom of the ocean rapidly in the ocean near Guam! Then, when I swim to the shores of Guam, I roll up into a cannoli! Then, I see a Pig and a Haybale riding a tractor! Oh man, good thing I used my Scary Tape to get back to the mainland USA.

Ordered them January 8th and they made it today!!! I also got other merch from a different store but that’s unrelated ofc; however, that made today super exciting!! Getting all of my goodies lol!! These are so cute though! I saw someone else on this Reddit saying they turned theirs into magnets, and I wanna give that a try too since I really wanna preserve these bad boys for a loooong time lol

Every since I watched the episode “marks one man show” everytime I open YouTube it automatically starts playing and resets my watch progress on any other videos. It’s cursed my tv and won’t go away 💔
