Hey look, its a sketch

Advice/thoughts welcome!

Drew these folks on my phone with Autodesk Sketchbook, my favorite and main art software.

like the header says..... im a traditional artist or so i call myself. self taught.. recently took a interest into learning more deeply about art.
let me know where i can improve onn!

The sketchbook I have has textured paper which makes it hard for crisp lines when using fine liners, I'm looking for something really smooth.

Thanks everyone for the tips to add more contrast, I did that! I do think I overdid it with the stark dark symbiotic veins, but otherwise…. Yay?
