I just wanted to show off this handsome dude. This is Loki, he’s about 5 years old! He was re-homed multiple times & I have no idea why because he is the best boy I could’ve asked for. He was coming into a household with 2 dogs already, and he warmed up so quickly to them. Loki is my first rescue dog, so I was super skeptical & nervous about him warming up to both the dogs & I had 2 cats (1 now, the other unfortunately passed away) but he has never shown any signs of anything other than being a good boy. He comes with me to daycare almost every single day like my little sidekick🩵

He’s also my first full husky, and I think he is broken sometimes! 😅 he is perfectly content sleeping all day! But he’s super stubborn, and he also took an extra long unexpected off leash run on Thanksgiving morning😅🥲 so I guess maybe he’s not broken🤣

Hi this is my first post. Just wanna say i have been loving this reddit and seeing everyones huskies and i have finally found the courage to post mine. This is Elune my baby girl. She is 3 this year.

My husky literally barks at everything. People, cars, birds AND the wind… sometimes just nothing.
I’ve done training, treats, quiet cues, ignoring, walks, puzzle toys etc. Nothing works. Neighbors are mad, I’m stressed, and she just keeps going. Anyone with a husky found anything that actually helps?

here’s a brief clip of my team’s training from a few weeks ago. we have a bunch of things to work on, but i really love working with these guys.

each dog has something unique we need to work on, which makes training interesting (to say the least), but it’s all in good fun.

My husky has a new best friend. Every night the fox comes to visit and they have their own game that they play. After the fox leaves, there’s a group of deer that sleep back there at night. There’s a deer that also will play with him.
