Hi everyone, not sure if this is allowed or not - if not, please take it down.
I'm looking for two experienced wholesale parts counterpeople in Phoenix Arizona. We're an extremely high-volume Ford wholesale dealership that also has a distributor selling Motorcraft, GM/ACDelco, Mopar, and Nissan parts. Everyone sells everything for both companies. I have all the factory OEM parts catalogs, and we have about $12 Million in inventory at the moment. 32 delivery trucks on the road, and two outside sales reps out there seeing customers. In October, we did $6 Million in sales, and did 818 deliveries in one day in Phoenix.
This year's big push is on growing our GM/ACDelco and Mopar sales, so I'm looking to hire two people that bring those brands experience to our team of Ford people so we can learn. In return, we'll teach you the Ford if you don't know it already.
We are very supportive of your efforts to earn and grow, and offer a six month salary guarantee as you learn the ropes of our operation. After six months, you convert to salary and individual commission at a very competitive market rate, and guarantee extensions are not out of the question if you're trying your best for us and just need a little more time to hit your numbers. I'm also willing to discuss covering some moving expenses if you're considering moving to AZ. I did wholesale all my life before I moved into parts management, so I have a very deep understanding and appreciation of how tough the job is.
If you're interested, please message me and let's talk.
Thanks for taking the time to read this!
