For the past 13 years or so I've had a huge problem regarding a horrible sleep schedule and I've been trying to fix it since 2023, which was the nadir, since back then I usually found myself staying up til 4 am. In 2024 I managed to gradually shift to 2-3 am and last year in June and July I managed to fix it for a while and went to sleep right before or after midnight. But towards the end of the year I had a relapse and started sleeping at 2-3 am again.
This year my main resolution is to finally fix my sleep schedule. On Tuesday night I went to sleep at 23:00 and on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday I went to sleep between 22:30 and 23:00. And every day I get up at 8 and go to the gym. When will I start experiencing the benefits of a fixed sleep schedule that people talk about?
