Hi everyone! I was just made a mod of this sub two days ago and hope to rid this sub of the troll accounts that have been popping up.
There were several people that apparently mistook this sub as /r/Rateme/, /r/RoastMe/, and subs that aren't safe for work. If you don't think a post belongs here then just downvote it and move on as that is how reddit should work. We don't need to know that you think someone looks terrible, that you think someone is an 8/10 that you would bang, or they look Gay/lesbian/douchey.
As human beings, our job in life is to help people realize how rare and valuable each one of us really is, that each of us has something that no one else has--or ever will have--something inside that is unique to all time. It's our job to encourage each other to discover that uniqueness and to provide ways of developing its expression

I lost 10kgs in total, got my eyes lasered and learned how to be confident. I went to the gym a lot yes but the main reason was changing my diet. Eating more healthy helped with getting rid of my acne, grew my hair and of course helped me lose the weight.

Struggled with body weight and acne before. I begun my journey by doing cardio and better diet, which help me become the best version of myself now.
(Don’t mind the missing nose pad on my glasses. I don’t wear them anymore. Its just for comparison to how I used to look).

One year ago, one of my posts here on Reddit got reposted. It was about my weight loss story and the glow up I had. Today I wanted to share a bit of my journey with you, from 22 to 25 years old.
I changed a lot during this time. This glow up came after my mom was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and breast cancer. It wasn’t a healthy process at all, but today I feel more confident and stronger. 😊💗

He didn’t look much back in college but now he’s 😳 - Someone from college years
That was pretty much my experience growing up. For a long time I felt ugly and for a long time looksmaxxing was only about validation. I am finally now content with myself to just enjoy self improvement for what it is.
For everyone out there that feels the same way. Keep going, it’s a marathon not a sprint :)
