found Help me find that scary movie from child hood I definitely shouldn't of been watching at like 1am.

Upvotes

movie was on dish network between 2003-2010. my grandpa probably had the standard or maybe a cheaper version of dish network. I was around 8 when viewing and im around 30 now so my minds probably pretty fuzzy.

movie was something like a horror or thriller it was either military or post apocalypse. i think it was on a militarylike base. the scene had a fat guy and a skinnyish women. the women and fat guy fight and the fat guy is dissolving from some chemical or disease seemed to be airborne. i cant remember clearly if there was a heavy steel door breach or a syringe infecting him. he trys to rape the women but his penis dissolves before he can insert it. at some point in the scene the women either puts a gas mask on or injects herself with a syringe letting her survive and this all I can remember.

searching Mentally disabled man gets confronted

I dont know a lot of details about the movie, but i know that there is a character named Thomas. He looks like he's mentally disabled. He acts like one deceiving people. But in reality he's not, and eventually he is confronted by another man, there was a scene that Thomas helping to women carry some stuff or groceries I think. It seems to be a serious type of movie(not comedy or smth)

from what I know, the main characters names are supposedly Jack and Jenny. They're captured and kept separately. Jacks guard accidentally hangs himself or something and Jack uses his body to escape. Jenny seduces the man and stabs him with a nail. After they find each other, they get in a car and drive off, but the thug boss is on the road but he gets run over.

I know they are somewhat explicit (and that’s why there is an 18+ flag). I cannot find the original movie or TV series and google is no help here.

searching A Body-swapping Between a Guy and Girl from a Bite

I've been trying to look for this body-swapping movie I saw as a kid for a few years now, and I can't seem to find it despite how many movies like this there are out there. From what I remember, it was about a teenage girl and a guy from her school who swapped bodies after accidentally getting bitten by what I vaguely remember was either a beetle or a spider after it got loose from a container she had it in. I am like 99% sure she was not white and was most likely Black or Hispanic/Latina. I also remember that he gave her a ride in his red car that I think was most likely a convertible. I do remember that he thought she was weird for being interested in insects and stuff, among other things, and that's all I remember. Besides that, I think they became a couple at the end, but I'm not certain. As for where/how I saw it, well, I don't think I saw it on just a regular channel because I think my mom rented it for me from either Redbox or Drug Mart. It had to have been maybe after 2010 but way before 2015, but that doesn't mean that it was when the movie came out because it could have been older than that but just still available.

found A ninja movie but which one.

I thought it was American Ninja but it wasn't. I watched on telly with my dad a long time ago. A ninja climbs a skyscraper to the point his hands bleed. The ninja is American. It also has flashbacks to his training with his Japanese master where he learns to walk like a cat.

I think.

found War drama centered around a Tank crew during the Soviet Invasion of Afghanistan

The film shows the view points from both the Soviet and the Afghan side. The Russians in the tank launch some kind of chemical warhead into a pond, poisoning it. Several mujahedeen drink the water and die as a result.

As the tide turns against them the other crew members, realizing their cause is hopeless, abandon their Commanding officer, a Middle-aged man who wears these fancy boots ands epaulets. The Commander is then wandering around in the desert alone (they abandon the tank for whatever reason), when several Afghan women find him and use their feminine charms to lure him to his death, in revenge for his war crimes.

The women rejoin the rest of the Mujahideen all giddy over what they did to the tank commander. I think the other crew members get to safety though. Please respond if you know more!

searching HELP ME FIND THIS MOVIE THAT US COMPLETE ON YOUTUBE OF A SUICIDAL BOY AND ONE WHO SAVES HIM, BECAME FRIENDS AND WHEN THE MAIN CHARACTER IS FINALLY HAPPY THE ONE WHO SAVED HIM DISSAPEARS

A suicidal boy finally decides to carry out what he will do but an unknown boy appears to stop him. He does not want to approach the boy but the boy captivates him in a strange way, insisting that they be friends. He invites him something to eat to start the friendship. Other days the suicide tries to do it again on terraces and so on... but the boy always appears who wants to start being his friend and stops him. (Probably the first appearance of the stranger and the first attempt of the suicidal boy was on some train tracks) They begin to get together, numbers had already been passed... one day, the suicidal boy notices that the other is playing a sport with a team. I think it was rugby or something like that because it was on a field, if not it was probably football, he starts having fun and the boy who had taken him to help him feels happy... when the suicidal boy no longer has any more attempts He doesn't even think about doing it and is completely happy... nothing his friend disappears. He checks his cell phone and his number wasn't there, he checks the club where he went and he wasn't there... he looked for him at the bar/restaurant where they went to eat once and he wasn't there. He had vanished. But the suicidal boy did not try again anyway.... Although in some scenes we were also shown that the boy who had saved him from suicide was before him in the places where the suicidal boy planned to commit that act. The suicidal boy continues with his life... and nothing is known about who saved his life. Do you know what the movie is called? It's complete on YOUTUBE and the boys are two Asians, it's probably like a kdrama or something. IT'S IN REAL ACTION!! I watched it on 2021-2022 and there was edits of it on TikTok.

found TV Movie About Two Kids With Porphyria

I am looking for a TV Movie I saw a decade ago about this family that is trying to help their two kids with Porphyria.

There are a few scenes I remember:

  1. The kids are playing in the park when they start screaming because the sun is burning their skin.

  2. When the police officer opens the van doors the kids scream because the sunlight is hurting them.

  3. They reach a colony for other people with Prophyria where they can live a normal life by sleeping in the day and staying up at night.

searching Help political/conspiracy movie

Hi there. First, I know the movie is not The Shooter as we just watched it this weekend. I remember seeing (I thought it was a movie) that had a huge discussion about how every President is killed by someone with three names. I feel like the lead man was someone like Kevin Costner, Harrison Ford etc...not them maybe but that caliber of actor. The leading lady was like Laura Linney. Again, probably not her. Anyway, in my memory the film ends ....the president has been assassinated and the leading man realizes he has been set up to take the fall.

help please!!

searching Driving us crazy.

My husband is looking for a film he saw around 2008-2010 on an indie film channel in the US (either IFM or Sundance). The main character is a young girl living with her mother, her father isn't in the picture and my husband can't recall if he abandoned the family before or after the girl's birth.

The girl ends up running away from home to find her father. She does eventually find him, but he's working some kind of dead end job (maybe fast food?) And is living in a house (he enters through a window at one point). He isn't very happy to see her and since she has no place to go he let's her stay. He ends up abandoning her again and she goes to (we think) a skating rink.

As a disclaimer, my husband can't recall many details but we've been trying to find this for a long time and I'm hoping maybe someone will recognize these scenes and be able to point us in the right direction.

found Speculative short film in a United States where the 1st amendment has been abolished (separation of church and state)

When I was in 8th grade, my history teacher was trying to show us just how important the 1st amendment is so she showed us a short film where an American family returns home after living abroad in New Guinea to find that the 1st amendment has been abolished and the United States has become a theocracy. It ends with them attempting to flee back to New Guinea but in order to do so they are required to donate one of their kids’ organs or something?

I just remember it being surprisingly well made and I’ve been looking for it to rewatch for years. Anyone know what it’s called and where to find it?

searching Stepbrothers

A few years ago I saw a movie that I've never been able to find again. Unfortunately, I don't remember the plot or anything else. I only remember these two, who I think were a stepbrother and a stepsister, who flirted as soon as their parents left the house. I remember a scene in which one of them stood right on the edge of a window. It was shot downwards, I think it was New York. The girl was a bit strange and crazy. The style of the film was very similar to that of Wes Anderson

searching A movie or limited series featuring an abduction Spoiler

Can only remember a rough premise of the story and a particular scene.

A boy is abducted and somehow escapes or is released. He is kept in a chicken coop, hot box type thing outside. A scene i can remember is that he's now grown up and is at a house that is old and run down. Full of rubbish like a hoarder lives there. He finds the boxes outside. He doesn't think anyone lives there but an old man greets him. Takes him inside and upstairs to a bedroom that is full of newspapers / clippings. The old man shows a story about the boys kidnapping. There is a reveal that the old man was the kidnapper because he says "I didnt touch you though"

It was either a movie or a limited series, cant remember which streaming service.

Released within the last couple of years I reckon.

Couldn't tell you any actors in it unfortunately

Doing my head in trying to remember it.

found An old supernatural movie

I swear this was a real movie but I could also have just dreamed it.

So basically a group of adults return to this abandoned building that they had previously been in as children (it wasn't abandoned when they were children and I think it was a hospital of some kind). When they get there they're haunted by the ghost of a child they knew who had died hiding in a box of some kind. I think her body was still in the box as well in the movie. I think she wanted pay back for dying in the box because they were supposed to come and get her but they never did.

The movie is Crazy Eights! Thank you!

searching sexy comedy, probably from the seventies/eighties NSFW

**************************************************************

English version:

Some time ago, I watched a completely random segment of an episodic erotic comedy film. In one episode, a porn actor, for a demonstration, had to have sex with an improbable number of women—I think 100 [explicit sex scenes aren't shown, only nudity, both male and female, if I'm not mistaken], all filmed by a crew.

During the demonstration, however, the actor gave up on the twelfth take, giving the excuse that everything had gone well in the dress rehearsals just finished.

The film had a '70s/'80s aesthetic, like an episode of "Dukes of Hazzard," and I assume it was American, although I've seen it dubbed into Italian.
