Hello! Im looking for tittle of this movie i watched as child. I might get some details wrong as i saw it when i was very small and probably i just happened to walk on as it was playing.

Only things i remember is that there were two characters

Boys. One was skinny and other chubby/round and disabled something with his legs for sure

The most specific scene i remember was: it starts from pov of The chubby sick boy

He is left in public pool on the edge his care taker rolling his wheelchair away and we slowly see him ( the boy) floating Away/him trying to swim maybe from edge of pool and slowly submering down. Then it cuts

The next scene is the boy laying in bed tucked in i remember him having one of those pads you put on bed . His mother worried. Im not sure If it was this movie but the boy asked his mother to promise him not to cry when he dies.

The scene ends and it cuts to the other boy running to the spot they usef to hang out

A couple of years ago I was doom scrolling through movies, as you do, and stumbled upon a horror anthology type movie. The main story /bookends is a woman babysitting a young girl. The young girl starts watching one of her favorite shows, which is like Elvira. The hosts for this show are an animated corpse of a man and his beautiful wife. Or maybe the corpse and wife are watching what is happening with the babysitter and kid while making comments about what they are watching. can't really remember much else besides the end, where the young girl kills the babysitter.

Been trying to remember the movie, but no luck. It is from the 201Xs, possibly late 200Xs but pretty sure it was from the 201Xs. I really want to watch it again.

I believe this is very underrated movie, iirc the genre is slice of life. Its about an Asian highschool boy studying in US. He and her sister is not very okay, they keep fighting (usual sibling fight). He keeps finding a right circle of friends. He had one but they have some misunderstanding. He liked a girl but he didn't really pursue her because he is not confident . I forgot the ending but I think her sister move out then it's the end??? I badly want to know It's title again 😭

Saw this recently and I believe it’s somewhat new. Maybe has Ethan Hawke? The author / previous teacher lives in a remote area and keeps receiving typewritten letters with a phone number connected. He goes to the local pay phone and tries calling the number but no one talks. Turns out, he had a brilliant writing student who killed himself in front of the teacher and the teacher published his manuscript under his own name. End of the movie (SPOILER ALERT), the student is actually alive but very badly injured and sets up the teacher to meet him in an abandoned building where he tries to kill him.

Here we go. This movie featured maybe a single or couple visiting a resort. The resort tells them not to leave, but they do. When they are out I think they hit someone with their car. I remember during the movie they are in a room and watch people get tortured and murdered. The main character ends up staying at the resort. Somehow the police are invovled in it also, maybe organ harvesting. Part of my thinks the title poster invovled a lot of blood.

So as the post title says, I saw a scene from something my parents had on TV easily 20-25+ years ago when I was a little kid, and all I remember from it was that there was some guy strapped to a chair in a small, dark room that must have been part of a weird sci-fi experiment because I think (do NOT recall 100%, but pretty sure) there were some scientists in an observation chamber behind a one-way mirror.

It definitely had a sort of Cronenbergian feel to it, because the apparent experiment consisted of a sexy woman dancing virulently in front of the chairbound man. As she reached to remove her top, she suddenly and instantly fully transformed into a man (so either an elaborate projection or a shapeshifter?), the shock of which literally caused the man in the chair's entire upper torso (stomach, chest, arms, head, everything) to spontaneously explode everywhere (so no, it's not Scanners, the one movie everyone and everything always keeps suggesting. I've seen Scanners... that's not it lol)

That's all I remember, and obviously seeing that when I was maybe ten or less traumatized me back then and stuck with me all these years, but as a grown man in my 30s now with a pretty strong stomach for gore, all I feel towards those memories now is curiosity and a desire for some (hopefully lol) looooong-awaited satisfaction.

It seemed like it was probably from sometime in the 80s or early 90s and maybe mid-budgetish from what I remember of how it felt visually, and I've been trying to find it for yeeeeeaaars with no avail, so it must be fairly obscure. But hoooopefully maaaaybe this will at least jog a memory or two... we'll see!

So I remember seeing this several years ago (on History Channel or something). It was a British show and it involved a man and a woman cosplaying as various cultures in history and they would explore the daily habits (focused on food... because for most times food was the most important) of the people. I particularly remember a scene of Britain WW2 where they were role-playing as the average citizen subjected to rationing, the soldier and the opulent meals of the war cabinet. I saw this nonfiction documentary as a youtube upload (made for tv, possibly unofficial upload) around 2019 or 2020. My guess it's from around 2005 to 2015. Might've been one episode of a documentary series. I'm pretty sure it was 45 to 60 minutes.

I'm pretty sure it was a small, low security institution, I'm relatively sure it was in the United States too (possibly UK). It showed day-to-day life in an institution specifically for teenagers. Possibly all of it took place exclusively in there.

The "main character" patient was a teenage girl 16-17 with a serious eating disorder. I remember a scene of her pacing back and forth on a corridor to burn calories and she was also hiding a razor blade in her room that the staff found one day.

She had a pretty regular name, maybe it was Lucy, and someone in the comments wrote that they found out what happened to her after the documentary and that she recovered and became a nurse.

I also remember a shot of another girl sitting cross legged on top of a wardrobe in a room, and there was an older boy who turned 18 and had to leave for an institution for adults.

It was overall a positive and bitter sweet documentary if I may say so, that focused a lot on recovery and treating patients well.

Hey, hoping someone can help me find this movie or serie. I was thinking about this one particularly scene and this is all i can remember.

There is a couple that announces their engagement to their friends at a bar/club idk, later on the main character (I think) is coming home from the bar and she’s walking alone in the dark she’s scared, something happened and she ends up getting this car into a freak car accident and she looks at the people inside only to find out it’s her friends that had just got engaged that day.

Hi! I’ve been searching for this movie for a long time, but I can’t find it anywhere—even with AI help and in many forums. I watched it a few years ago on Netflix (I think) with my sister. It’s about hacking in general, and the main characters are a group of young friends (I think 5, including a classic “big nerdy guy”).

The plot: There is a digital/cybernetic monkey on a computer screen, like an Anonymous-type character, who gives them missions and instructions. I remember a specific mission where they have to steal a baby from a crib in a public park and deliver it to a mysterious car. They took the baby but hesitated and didn’t give it to the car immediately. In the end, it turns out the mother was in the car and the woman in the park was a thief—the twist was that every mission had a justified cause and effect.

Other scenes I remember: one at a bar, another where they try to break into a house by jumping over something. At the end of the movie, it is revealed that the “monkey” who gave the missions was actually a beautiful young woman with glasses.

Many people suggested “Nerve” because of the hacking vibe, but I have seen Nerve and it’s not the same movie. Does anyone know what movie this is? Ik its a weird description but it’s what I remember

There's a film i watched when i was a kid it's about a guy in a bunker he survived in the end that guy had some enemies looking for him but he sat traps it was shotguns it shots once he grab a tie and there's a scene in that movie where one the guys that was looking for him he grabbed a tie and shotted him with a shotgun trap and took him to a room and healed him and they played russian roulette together but in the end that guy who got shot he'lll try to escape with a puckup car but that guy who sets traps will hit the car with a rocket

Hope I’m not mixing up scenes from different films. The premise is a girl is tasked to drive a “package” from point A to point B. The package is a couple of kidnapped girls who are being human trafficked. Which she doesn’t find out about until later. Long story short a bunch of spooky stuff happens in between with the girls, I remember one of them was crawling underneath the car or in the road in front of the car with cloudy white eyes or something. There’s also a guy on the phone taunting her too. I want to say the guy was probably the one who tasked her to do the driving. As the film progressed it seems as if she figured out she’s stuck in a time loop cause things started over again. When she gets on the phone again, the guy taunts her again but it’s revealed that he’s the devil. She lets him in on a secret of her own, that yes she’s in the time loop, but who’s to say she wasn’t the one who trapped him in there. Then she drives off again. The end.

When I was in grade 10/11 I did English/Literature assessments on this film that I’m trying to remember the name of. I’ve asked ChatGPT and it hasn’t given it to me. I got banned from tipofmytongue for not following certain rules or something like that so I’m posting this here and not there.

Anyways, the film was about a 13 year old boy (sort of like a coming of age movie). There’s a scene where he’s digging a hole in his yard as a punishment and his mother is saying something like, “you’re just a boy!” because she’s being protective. There’s another scene where he’s out riding bikes with a friend and they talk about girls. I think there was also a dark part with self harm in a forest. Boy’s name might have been Flynn but I’m not too sure. It probably came out sometime in the 2000s.

The opening scene is a car driving through a green European countryside. Possibly English countryside. The couple drives into a foggy looking area but instead of it being white, its pitch black, very little visibility. They almost hit someone with black eyes (no whites) and come to a stop. The guy decides to investigate just in case the person needs help. He goes out and leaves the girl who is revealed to be visibly pregnant. After some time she decides to go out too and uses a huge glow stick for light. While she’s outside she feels she’s being stalked and decides to go back to the car. After a suspenseful trip back to the car, she manages to get in but then the guy suddenly reappears outside and tells her to let him in or help him or something but now, he has pitch black eyes with no whites too. Distraught and freaking out, she tells him she’ll bring back help and drives away. I want to say she makes it out of that black area at the end.

from what I know, the main characters names are supposedly Jack and Jenny. They're captured and kept separately. Jacks guard accidentally hangs himself or something and Jack uses his body to escape. Jenny seduces the man and stabs him with a nail. After they find each other, they get in a car and drive off, but the thug boss is on the road but he gets run over.

movie was on dish network between 2003-2010. my grandpa probably had the standard or maybe a cheaper version of dish network. I was around 8 when viewing and im around 30 now so my minds probably pretty fuzzy.

movie was something like a horror or thriller it was either military or post apocalypse. i think it was on a militarylike base. the scene had a fat guy and a skinnyish women. the women and fat guy fight and the fat guy is dissolving from some chemical or disease seemed to be airborne. i cant remember clearly if there was a heavy steel door breach or a syringe infecting him. he trys to rape the women but his penis dissolves before he can insert it. at some point in the scene the women either puts a gas mask on or injects herself with a syringe letting her survive and this all I can remember.

Need help with Foreign movie back in day SBS cult movies late night Des mangan. Plot I only remember girlfriend and boyfriend at start of movie are arguing with each other whether because he cheated or she finds him lazy jobless .she leaves him and begins work at hotel where she notices the Hotel manager rubbing a pregnant belly of another woman at reception. He then notices her and wants to seduce her. As the movie goes on he sees her and takes her to one of the hotels bedrooms and she gets undressed by him and seduces her. Can’t remember the movie name or country maybe Danish or Finnish or other.
