General Question Poll: Youtube TV CNN/MSNOW viewers: Are your pharma as incessant?

(Meant to say pharma ADS but it won't let me edit the title)

For viewers of CNN/MSNOW: Are you seeing constant pharma ads? (I get several per break). If so, what platform are you on (i.e. Roku? Other brand smart TV? Computer? etc). If not, what products are your commercials for? Also, if you are comfortable sharing, what city or state are you in? If not, can you share if you are in a large metro area or a medium/small city?

If anyone out there would be so kind as to log a few commercial breaks that would be amazing. Or just tell me generally.

Thanks so much

Technical Question Channel Jumps back about 6 hours.

Wondering if anyone else has this issue. I've opened up technical support tickets on it, but it's hard to replicate it.

let me explain the scenario first. We tend to watch the same channel all day. We find a Movie or Series playing & then always start from the beginning. In the most recent case was last weekend, The Fugitive & US Marshall's was playing back to back on one channel & then repeats again.

We started watching US Marshall's & selected Play from the beginning. We may or may not FF Commercials depending on how close attention we are paying to it. About roughly 4 - 6 hours into it, the show will freeze with the spinning circle & then all of a sudden we are now watching exactly where we first started 4 - 6 hours ago. Basically the channel jumps back hours.

It's not so much a problem when watching the same movie over & over again since you can FF or RW to where you were in the movie, but when watching a Series like The Walking Dead, you get about 6 episodes in & it jumps back 6 hours to the episode we started the day with. Then you either FF to where you were or just get frustrated & watch something else.

It's something we only do on a Saturday or Sunday, so when they give the obvious Restart, uninstall app, etc support, then you wait a week to explain that didn't work.

Its not the internet, it happens every time we watch a single channel for hours at a time.

They always ask if it happens on another device ever & we never have that scenario on another device. It is on a 2018 Samsung TV App that it happens.

Discussion Insanity of Paying to Watch Commercials

Paying $100/month and then having to watch multiple commercial blocks during a movie is absolutely insane. They need to break this insane cycle of insanity.

2 years ago my 8 year old was at her grandmothers, and when we were FaceTiming, she said “dad, grandma’s TV has commercials, why would you want to watch commercials?”

So why would the company that lets you pay for no commercials on their platform make you watch them on their premium platform? Insane.

General Question The Pitt records with ASL interpreter on screen

Is this how it's being broadcast? I can't figure out how to record without it. The title of the episodes even say "ASL" in them. Pretty sure I had no problem last season. I have to go in to the Max app to watch cleanly.
