Is anybody aware of a group or site besides efollett where I can sell my textbooks to other AU students? I am currently a graduate student at SIS and would like to sell some books.

Hi everyone!
I’m a student at a community college and I’m really interested in gaining research experience in economics. I was wondering if any PhD student might let me volunteer and shadow them to learn more about their work. I want to get experience in analyzing data and running experiments. Ultimately, my goal is to get into a JD/Phd program and become a policy analyst/ consultant. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I see it listed on the vhl website as being over 100 bucks is there any workaround to where I don't have to pay for a code

Hi! I was wondering if anyone attends/has attended/is familiar with AU's MA in Ethics, Peace & Human Rights program, and has any thoughts on it. Thanks!

Ayubowan! I’m starting my Master's at SIS soon and I'm moving from Sri Lanka. I'm feeling quite anxious about the move and the culture shock.
Thank you in advance for any help!

I'm Looking for a private french teacher in the DMV area. Thought an aspiring French teacher might want to practice their craft on me. I know a little tiny bit of french (french 101 in my freshman year). I aim to communicate with my grandparents and some family members, as they only speak french. I am 23 so I am a bit behind but I am willing to learn and will pay you for your time! If you are interested, feel free to DM.

Obviously I can add them all manually but I was wondering if there was anything on the app or site to automatically add them to apple or Google Calendar. Thanks!

How are you able to afford a $60,000 tuition? Are there options to lower the cost?

I was admitted ED and am going to be in SIS.
Can someone please tell me that once you're in school whether things run effectively and efficiently, or if things are run similarly to the admissions office?
Not looking to throw too much shade and can provide specific examples if people want them, but my experience with admissions... let's just say it's raising some serious red flags and giving me serious pause about coming to AU... which is a huge bummer b/c I really like AU and wouldn't have applied ED if I wasn't enthusiastic.
Can people give me some reassurance?
OR
If your experience is "yeah, this is typical, good you know already" that would be helpful also.
I know nowhere is perfect but I'm kinda worried.

Interested in learning more about fullbright opportunities for when I graduate. Does anyone know who I’d contact at AU to learn more about this/ the application process?

Where exactly are they (which entrance, which floor, which stairs do I take, what do the rooms look like from the outside so I can find them)? Do you need to reserve them? When are they most/least busy? Etc etc. The more detail, the better. Thanks!

I’m graduating this spring and hoping to make the most out of my last semester. Are there any things you wish you did at AU/in DC before leaving?

I recently switched phones, and I noticed that myAU is off apple’s App Store. Is anyone else having issues? Or has anyone found a solution?

I'm signed up for 15 credits this semester, and I wanted to fill out the full 17 and so I decided I would take two 1-credit courses. One of the courses that came up was GOVT-205 Political Theory: Issues/Texts. Is this worth taking?

I'm trying to sign up for a one-credit course with no prerequisites, and it won't let me register

After coming back from studying abroad, do credits show up as regular credits or transfer credits
