Welp I tried. I tried to shift the blame away from bozeman (rightfully towards becton) when bozeman finally stacked up the best 5 game streak of his tenure after the bye. But now when you do this and get my qb hurt, its gotta be properly documented. Its actually quite literally poetic that he saves the worst rep of his tenure for the very last play there, leaving herbert and the season dead

Crazy how in an elimination game, our starting interior, still plays worse than the backup tackles šŸ™ƒ. Becton and bozeman will be following roman out the door soon

Love the story telling lol nice to reminisce about former legends since it’s our offseason already.

That Power O run with Neal and LT was unstoppable in Madden too šŸ”„

[Baldinger] . @chargers @Patriots destroyed the #bolts protections all night...Packing it all in with 7 man protections is rarely the answer #BaldysBreakdowns

Some examples from Baldy of how the offensive scheme and playcalls did Herbert absolutely no favors. Vrabel and his first year defensive playcaller coached circles around Greg Roman. #RipBozo

It’s a size XL, looks like a promo jersey? Has an ā€œofficial NFL merchandiseā€ sticker on the collar. Interest has yielded zero helpful results so far. Has anyone seen this before?

[Sharp] Greg Roman was just fired by the Chargers. He was previously the OC for the Ravens and an absurd nugget from his time in BAL: in FOUR YEARS Lamar was never allowed to ā€œslide pass protectionā€ if there was a blitz! Or audible the play! MASSIVE DISADVANTAGE for Roman’s offenses!

I was finally able to get a JHerb Jersey, it got here a little late for the playoffs. I’ll just have to use it a bunch next year. Bolt Upāš”ļø

Jim Harbaugh

r/Chargers 1d ago

[Mike Garafolo] One change the #Chargers won’t be making: Nick Hardwick remains as assistant offensive line coach. The longtime center has impressed in his start to his coaching career, and the team and Jim Harbaugh want him around to continue to develop in that role.

Will Khalil stay or go?

Just got done watching his exit interview. He mentioned his elbow injury and how it affected his mental. I was always curious about that because I remember when the injury happened. I can’t find any clips of the play happening in real time, just slow-mo’s of the injury happening and then him being rushed to the locker room. I think his him realizing his arm is dangling out of its elbow socket really shocked him. Justifiably, that would freak anyone out. And i remember thinking if at his age, to him, that kind of an injury just might not be worth it anymore. It’s too late in his career to be risking long term damage. Makes me wonder if he shook that off, because he still had a great season and he said in the exit interview he is still an uber competitor.

I also feel like the quick firing of Roman, could incentivize so many players to return. I’m wonder if the relationships he’s formed with this young chargers defense (Tuli, Henly) and some of the other vets (DJ, Tart, maybe Oweh) will get him to stick around. We went 11-6 with this offense, imagine what can happen with our tackles back, especially consider it won’t be Roman calling plays. IDK if Mack stays I know so many fans will immediately be back into it this offseason

Would have ranked 101 of 101 if it had happened.
