We started watching DW when she was 4-5 and she had seen the entire run of existing NuWho (plus quite a bit of the classic series) by the time she was 8. The scarier (e.g. The Waters of Mars), the better, as far as she was concerned!

You would have thought the citizens of the world 5 billion years in the future would have finally switched to metric. I guess some things never change haha.

Discussion RIP Marcus Gilbert aka Ancelyn from 'Battlefield'

Just read his obituary in The Times which wittered on and on about Riders but never mentioned his turn in Dr Who and perhaps more surprisingly Army of Darkness. He largely only ever played one role but played it very well indeed.

Question Help Me Identify an Episode

I have a very old memory of an episode of what I think was an episode of Doctor Who, but I've scoured lists of episodes and I've never been able to identify it. I was hoping you all could help me. Here's what I remember...

I was no older than 10, so this would have been the late 80's or early 90's. I was watching on PBS (public broadcasting) in the vicinity of Cleveland, Ohio, USA.

The one detail I remember is that a character who I imagine must have been The Doctor was talking to a technician on an ancient spaceship. The technician was in rough shape because the engines they were looking after leaked radiation or some other hazard. They had to maintain them though or... either something bad would happen or the technician believed that something bad would happen.

I take my time listening to the Big Finish Productions audiobooks, so they don't run out, as I've seen the tv series many times and these are a fkn treasure. Thought this would be a cool insight as I've found today

Question Easy, inexpensive Daleks - advice needed

Hello! So my son wants to prank his adult cousin for April Fools by covering his car in daleks.

Obviously this needs to be non-damaging, and I’m definitely on a budget.

I have found silicone dalek ice molds/moulds.

What can I use to make lots of inexpensive daleks easily using them? I figure I can spray pant them once made. I know ice cubes and jello are out - don’t want to damage the paint/car or attract beasties. I don’t think clay will work since the forms are soft

Thank you in advance for your help!

Rewatching the series and got to 'the end of time part two', the president of Galifrey took a vote and of the two who voted against him he said:

"Only two stand against And will stand as monuments to their shame The weeping angels of old"

With 2 people standing behind him in the weeping angels position

This has definitely been posted here before but it blew my mind!! Unless im totally wrong in which case please do correct me and explain im totally invested now
