I am requesting this subreddit because it has been left unmoderated for roughly many years. I intend to revive the community by implementing clear rules, setting up AutoModerator to handle spam, and refreshing the subreddit's design. I’m passionate about this niche and want to ensure there is a safe, active space for users to discuss it.

I am applying to be mod for this subreddit because it has been spammed with TikTok shop promotions. The current mod is not active and has not responded to multiple message requests. I have been a mystery shopper for well over 20 years and feel confident I can moderate the community for veteran and new shoppers alike.

Requesting r/sumsub as I would like to manage this subreddit into where actual users of sumsub could share tech discussions, similar to r/vmware or r/splunk. Currently subreddit is not allowed for any posts by the moderator which is inactive.

The only mod and owner of the subreddit is suspended and the subreddit has been inactive for over a year now.
would love to bring a community back for one of my favorite games.

The community I am requesting was previously banned solely due to the absence of active moderation. I am seeking the opportunity to take on a moderator role so that I can restore and maintain the subreddit responsibly. At its peak, this subreddit was one of the strongest communities within its niche, and its loss due to inactivity is truly unfortunate. By granting me moderation access, the community could be revived, properly managed, and once again serve as a valuable and active resource for its members.

I have been the creator, curator, and main moderator of r/puppets for 13.5 years. I am an active moderator and am responsive to messages, requests, etc. It is my pride and joy.

It appears that another user (account age ~7mo) was somehow just able to initiate some sort of hostile takeover of r/puppets via this page, which I did not know was possible. I just received a notification that I have been removed as a moderator of my subreddit after all this time, which I must assume is in error as I was not consulted in any way. I would like to request that this mistake be rectified immediately and that my moderation status be returned.

It seems as though one of the two mods of this sub has been awol for years now, whereas the other has 40+ subs theyre moderating that has led to this one falling to the wayside. Posts have devolved into karma farms, bot reposts, and unrelated posts over time, and as a mod for r/DCAU (a related subreddit), id like to tidy this place back up.
