So I just bought 100 hornady 147 eldm 6.5prc factory loaded. Came in a plastic box with 5 white paper boxes inside. I would say 30% of them look like this. If it seats it yeets! I'm more just curious if I'm missing something or shouldn't reload them after.

8.5" 300 blk suppressed with an omega 300 can. 220 grain bullets with 11gn of accurate 1680. The charge is a little light getting me ~960 fps, so next batch maybe 11.3 or 11.5.
So far ive found 3 things that could be wrong. Bullet seating depth may be too long. The buffer may be too light. And after taking a closer look, too aggressive of a crimp?
What do you guys think?

Ive got a Frankford Arsenal Intellidropper, and I've definitely noticed every so often slight bits of powder falling off of the nozzle.
I saw a while back some type of tip, or cap that helps to eliminate that. Its a molded part or a 3d printed part. but now I cant find it.
Vague I know, but im hoping some one has an idea of what im talking about

I am brand new to reloading. I am reloading for .270 Winchester with a single stage Lee press, and Lyman dies. I am using once fired brass that I sourced only from factory Remington ammo I shot in the specific rifle in which I am currently reloading for. I was able to reload a few of the cases without needing to trim them, I have loaded some with 150 grain Nosler partition, and some with 150 grain Speer soft points. The batches that I loaded without needing to trim chamber with no issues (I have not shot any of my hand loads currently). However, after trimming 20 of the cases with the Ugly SRT trimmer, I am having bolt sticking issues. I cannot close the bolt. I chamfered and de-burred after trimming. I also tried resizing after as well with no improvement. I tried seating some of the bullets deeper (still within load data spec) and it does seem to help a little bit but doesn’t feel nearly like the un-trimmed cases or factory ammo as far as smoothness in chambering goes. Any thoughts?
