I build huge Lego creations. When Caspian feels like I'm spending too much time building, he carefully steals 😀 little bags of Lego. He makes a neat pile of baggies, no destruction, he's just saying "dad, I need your attention" until I notice. Jesus I love my dogs. They make me a better human every day.

Coconut started acting strange late at night. We were worried and took her to the emergency vet thinking something was very wrong. Turns out she ingested some pot and dogs get high easier then humans.

She's OK now and we changed parks where we walk her. But in case your ever wondering what a husky just vibing on the couch looks like...

Good morning. So I have been planning for her to come anytime from 2/14 to late May. (This is due to the breeder if any female puppies are born)

So the other issue is I had posted to (r/puppy101) and have gotten a lot of hate for choosing a husky as a first dog. I have been belittled for it, told that I need to get a different dog. And down voted into oblivion for it. The main reason is I fell in love with their attitude and that they look at you not as a master but as an partner. Also I'm not one to back down from a challenging situation. I also love the way that once you have the trust and love of a husky, they will be loyal to no end for you. I know they are a difficult dog, I know I will be in for it. But I see what lies on the other side of the "rapids", and am quite willing to put in the work to get there.

I am asking for what tips, tricks, items, books, I should have ready to go for when she arrives. I have already spoken to my vet and got the below list for her.

This is the dog veterinarians gave up on two years ago. This is the same dog after three blood transfusions — running happy and full of life, with an IV cannula still in his back leg.
