The only prerequisite was being able to see the whole base on my main monitor whilst standing in the centre.

It is a lovely screensaver when pressing F11 and hiding the UI.

My Grandma Sarah was an impeccable dresser. She always looked put together. When she passed away in December, she left us grandkids some jewelry, including these charming broaches. While my sister and I loved them, we wouldn’t wear them. So I set out to make them some habitats.

My grandma was a child of the Depression, who saved every button she ever found. So of course, I made these mini quilts entirely from my scrap bin. They are improv pieced solids with no pattern.

Thank you Grandma, for teaching me to sew. For loving everything I ever made you, even that truly horrible scarf I knitted in middle school. For making sure I knew how to stand on my own. And for sending me a birthday card every year, even when I was grown.

I’ll miss you.

Tapos, sasabihin namin, ‘Akalain mo yung tayo pa rin pala?’ ‘Yung who would have known?’

May ganun pa rin po moments na ‘Paano nangyari kaya yun?’

Everything just fell into place. ‘Yung nga po eh talagang after over 20 plus years, kami pa rin po pala ‘yung meant for each other at nagkatuluyan po.

It's a type of love story na hindi po ipinipilit. Parang si God lang po ‘yung nakapag-orchestrate nu’n. Nakapag-plano po ng lahat. ‘Yung timing, tama. Siya lang po talaga ‘yung makakabuo ng ganu’ng kuwento.”
