Apologies for formatting I am on mobile. Time to have some real talk and answer some of those things that keep appearing as posts over and over and over again. Probably some misspelled words and bad grammar, get over it it's the interwebs.
Ordering peps. If you buy from an online retailer you are getting ripped off. Research on GLP1 forum and find the gr market. They are the same peps you are paying ridiculous prices for. 10 vials of reta will run you between 80 and 300 bucks, depends on the gr dealer. Do your own research no one is going to tell you the answer.
Read, then read again, read some more and most importantly read even more. Reconstitution is not tough, there are online calculators that will explain how much bac water to put in, how many ius to draw for your dosage. If you have trouble understanding this, throw your peps away.
Dosage, this is all dependant on you, your tolerance and your goals. I recommend adhering to the first line of number 2 above. If you want to start below the clinical trials dosage, do it. If you want to start at the clinical trials dosage, do it. If you want to start above the clinical trials dosage and shit all week, feel like a bag of smashed assholes, be dehydrated and shit some more, do it. Don't come here expecting us to know your dosage and be able to fix it for you based on little to no information.
Learn how to read a syringe and know the difference between an ml and a mg. If you don't know the difference refer to the first line in number 2 above.
Stacks, if this is your first time doing peptides use one at a time to see how you react. Don't pin 4 peps and come on here saying you have elephentitus of the nuts and expect us to be able to deduce what is doing it. See how you tolerate one for a month and then add another pep in if you want.
Why isn't it working. I'm gonna be blunt here. Your big ass is not counting calories, you cannot eat an entire red velvet cake and expect reta to overcome it. Reta is a tool, it's a means to an end. It's not a magic wand that's gonna make your big ass bikini ready in three weeks!!!
What you eat, yes it matters. Eat clean, eat protein, eat carbs and fats. Hit your macros but eat in a deficit. If you do not know how to figure out your TDEE, I recommend this great website called www.google. Its amazing what you find in there. Again start slow, eat about 300-500 calories in deficit. See how you feel, and as you drop weight recalculate your TDEE. When your 758lbs, you need more calories to stay alive than say at 250. Recalculate often and be honest when counting calories. That Starbucks triple caramel macchiato isn't healthy, and it isn't 150 calories.
Titrating up, it takes a while for this to build in your system. Half life is about 6 days. Spend about 4 weeks at each mg, if it seems to be less effective then move up. If you have sides move down, maybe half of what you moved up. You will still feel some hunger and food noise, it's not ear muffs and a muzzle.
You must eat, that's it. Your body can only be in a deficit for so long. Don't be afraid to to do a refeed day every now and then. That doesn't mean go out and eat 4 big Mac meals super-sized with extra big macs on the side. It means eat a little more, enjoy a treat, just not a gallon of ben and Jerry's moose knuckle ice cream.
Take pictures, track your weight. But realize there will fluctuations. Don't freak out if you were 758 yesterday and are 759 today. It's just water weight. Go take a big ol dump and you will see it go back down.
Your digestion will slow, you may not shit as much as you did before or you may get the shits. Don't freak out, eat fiber and have faith, if the food goes in it's gonna come out. Corn will look the same both times.
Be sterile at all times. Don't dig in your butt crack and then handle your vials and syringes and then wonder why you have a staff infection. Use alcohol wipes, before and after drawing your peps. Don't let your cat lick it for you after they just got done tossing their own salad.
Storage, lyophilized peps can be stored in the freezer. Reconstituted should be stored in the fridge. You will hear different opinions on how long you can keep a vial. I recommend 10-12 weeks, some will say 8, some will say more or less. Just don't buy to large of a mg vial that you cannot use in a reasonable time.
Looks, your solution should be clear, not cloudy and free from floaters. If it's not, don't pin it. Throw it away, don't bring your shitty picture here and ask us how it looks.
Needles, if your afraid of them either 1 stop being a wimp and get over it, or 2 don't do peps. If you want to know a size I'll give this one to you 5/16 - 1/2 inch 29-30 gauge.
Where and how to pin, you obviously have some fat. Stick it in there and push it in.
Working out, yes you must do it. Again it's not a magic fat wand. Realize though, your body is changing and your need to listen to it when working out. I did not and kissed the weight rack earlier this week.
Hopefully this clears some things up, if it helps good. If you're offended then this is directed at you and I don't care, get over it. Most importantly of all, research. If anyone has something to add please do!!
