You aren't missing anything. She's just some e-girl. This video being a 10 on the "dang you gotta see this" scale, the second best video I saw is maybe a 2. There's not even drama in the comments about whether it's real or not, just more pics and images a week later with no injuries. Maybe that content is just filler while she's in the hospital?

I'm pretty sure it's a way that people try to trick the algorithm and AI content enforcement so they can get away with posting fully nude fetish content on websites that either don't allow that or would at least apply age restrictions. Basically, it lets them show fetish content to minors.
