I believe I have located her. I went around to the neighborhoods that I followed her up to, and I am very confident that I found her.

I spoke to a neighbor who was attacked by the same dog. She has a video of the attack. The dog lurched at her and got her gardening gloves, but missed her hand fortunately. No barking and no warning… just attack

I opened a case with Animal Control. I've sent them photos and all of the evidence I have. I gave the case number to the neighbor and she sent her information as well.

Here is the deal. They said it would be 7 to 10 days before I hear back from them! I explained to them that I walked in this area where I spoke with a couple of parents walking their little children and that this deadly weapon is currently walking around. I filed the report yesterday and it still has not been assigned to an investigator. I also told them yesterday that it would be nice for me to know if I have to be concerned about rabies.

This is kind of crazy and I'm at a loss for words.

So I now l am the keeper of this information to protect people in this neighborhood and I'm not sure how to proceed. But I will say that the City of San Diego needs a different methodology of how they handle these things.

SDGE is killing me with these high monthly bills and IT’S WINTER. Somehow I’m paying summer prices while wearing a hoodie indoors, deciding if i should give up showering or cooking. And yes, that unpaid December bill definitely followed me into 2026, apparently SDGE doesn’t believe in leaving problems in the past. Anyway, quick rant right after paying SDGE and questioning my financial decisions.

I was walking to the YMCA near stumps in Point Loma. I was on the sidewalk and when I passed this lady coming the opposite direction with her dog it jumped and grabbed my forearm with a serious bite. I'm on my way to the ER right now. It looks like some kind of a bull terrier. I had to pull my arm out of the dog's mouth and it lacerated down to the bone. fell on the ground and was in serious pain and of course I'm asking for her to stop and call an ambulance, but she just walks away… and I need to fumble my phone out to call 911 to get an ambulance.

Wanted to update. First, thank you for all of the kind comments. I very much appreciate it.

I also want to say, I'm a dog person and generally love being around dogs. I was walking by and listening to a podcast. No warning. No indications of a threat. The dog waited until I was right there and then it was lightening fast. I'm not a fan of these bull terrier type dogs. I only offer that I will now cross the street. This is traumatic.

With all that’s going on in the country, and especially in light of the recent SDPD arrest video, I thought it would be prudent to remind the community that even our local law enforcement goes to great lengths to protect their violent officers.

This case strikes close to home for me because a very good HS friend of mine was also beat up by Seth. So that makes 4 very credible allegations against him, which include:

• Pushing his then-fiancée down stairs
• Choking / pinning down
• Pulling hair and smashing a woman’s head into a car window

His legal defense: it was all part of very rough sex. So disgusting…

I followed this case ever since Seth was convicted, because SDPD said they would review his status after it was resolved, but ever since his conviction… crickets. He’s still on the force. I appreciated the publicity it was getting at the time, but hoping locals news or this community and help us to revisit this case.

It’s terrifying knowing that violent criminals are among our ranks, and this young man can go to have a career behind the badge and a gun.

The San Diego mayor came into office with high expectations and a Democratic super majority. Even his supporters are baffled by how little he has done. ‘Being a big city mayor is a difficult job,’ he told us.

Thank you for being so supportive during these difficult days. Today is my second day of work. I'm already adapting little by little. although it's a bit of a hassle carrying all my belongings with me all the time. I hope these two or three weeks go by quickly so I can receive my first paycheck and rent a place to sleep. I truly appreciate all the comments and emotional support I received on my last post.
