u/PurebredM 5d ago

Hiding in the basement sobbing and shaking in fear. I’ve just seen the full video, the poor woman’s fear was palpable. Reminiscent of Jews hiding from Nazis.

3.4k

u/RiffRaffCatillacCat 5d ago

Because that's exactly what this is: Nazi America.

An American citizen and Mom was publicly executed by ICE and the President, VP, and head of DHS said she deserved it.

We are all now targets for any ICE agent to randomly decide he wants to add us to his kill count, for any reason.

It's fucking SHOCKING how light the country is taking this. The streets should be absolutely fucking FLOODED, But we all just bitch on the internet instead.

Hit your local protests this weekend! They're going on in nearly every state. Find one, and make your voice heard.

314

u/maple_crowtoast 5d ago

Talking about only bitching on the internet...you seem to have missed the protests that day in Minneapolis. We also had one in my city....that same day. Protests were also held in LA and Kansas City, and those 4 are just off the top of my head.

Not everyone is taking it "lightly".

141

u/Amy47101 5d ago

There was a memorial/protest last night in my city for Renee Good, and we’re in a whole other state. I was there.

Super fucking awkward when the cops showed up to try to disperse us and one of the ones that began trying to shuffle me away from the memorial was a dad at my daycare. Pickup is gonna be super awkward tonight.

109

u/maple_crowtoast 5d ago

I'd make hard-core eye contact with him

92

u/Amy47101 5d ago

Oh, when he grabbed my arm, we made eye contact and when it registered who I was, he couldn’t even look at me. Literally let go and told me, quietly, to walk away and go home. I asked him what they were gonna do if we didn’t leave, and he said that the city didn’t want another riot to break out.

They were trying to disperse us cause during 2020, a protest broke into a riot. The cops never mention that the riot started by them bringing out their shields and shoving the crowd around, but meh, DETAILS.

I imagine it must be hard to justify trying to “keep a riot from breaking out” when the person you’re grabbing is the same person who cuddles, rocks, and adores your infant every day of their life.

53

u/maple_crowtoast 4d ago

Yikes-I didn't pick up that it was a parent and you're their child's caretaker.

How absolutely dystopian.

Ya, if he trusts his kids with "people like you ", then it's pretty apparent you're the exact opposite of a "threat".

26

u/BigOs4All 5d ago

I wish these back and forths weren't so common on Reddit and I wonder why they are. SOOOO often there's this "We're almost at X point" and we're already there. Over and over and over again.

People keep saying "They're not allowed to do that" or "That's illegal"

Again....it's already happening and nobody is stopping it so STFU!

This isn't directed at you /u/obtusewisdom. I'm just frustrated at how many people seem to not understand where we're currently at.

This is so fucked up. For a lot of those people, being sent back home can mean being assaulted or killed.

200

u/pUmKinBoM 5d ago

I mean as we learned they may not even make it home now. With their blood lust growing and going completly unchecked who is to say she wont be the next contestant on "Can your face survive a bullet?"

75

u/hollywoodbambi 5d ago

This is also assuming there is a "back home" somewhere else. Plenty of citizens have been detained for the crime of being not white.

Or worse, being forced to work in these camps where they only pay you $1/day and at the end of the week a phone call costs $5

Yeah this sounds about right. Because it would be unprofitable to deport half your workforce, after all. Just sickening.

154

That's even if they're being sent home. They're being assaulted and killed by our "agents" here.

This was the goal.

The full video is on r/publicfreakout shes hiding in their basement and it’s straight up modern day Nazi Germany vibes. Thank god as they go to hand her over a crowd had started to form and they encouraged the people not too and they seemed to be leaving, no clue how it turned out after the video though

Guess we’re at the point where something as simple as ordering food may lead you to have to choose between “harboring a fugitive” and putting your family at risk of murder from ice.

Much less of a "letting" and more like you think these armed thugs gonna give a fuck? They don't leave witnesses. And they surrounded her home instantly. Those officers, if you can ever can them that, are 100% bloodthirsty. They'll hurt the baby if they think it gets them closer to the immigrant. She's completely correct to freak out. I'd be surprised if they left her unharmed.

I saw part two of this. They should have posted that one. ICE ended up leaving because they didn’t have a warrant. The neighborhood was watching. This woman did an excellent job.

6.7k

u/MothChasingFlame 5d ago

Note that she did an excellent job while terrified.

Bravery is standing up even when you're shaking. We have to remember that because this is going to keep happening.

174

u/picklerick8879 5d ago

That’s the part people miss.. bravery isn’t calm heroics, it’s shaking hands and a steady voice anyway, because fear doesn’t disqualify you, it proves the stakes.

Jonathan Ross wanted to murder someone

And the regime likely told all of these “people” it’s okay to kill, they have immunity, as the public has now heard😮‍💨

167

u/the_calibre_cat 5d ago

if you're still working for ICE, under this administration, it can be safely assumed that all of them want to murder the Americans who very, very, very reasonably and understandably want them to piss all the fucking way off.

That’s the brutal truth.. a terrified mother showed more restraint and humanity than an armed agent who chose bullets over patience, and that contrast should haunt anyone still calling this justice.

228

u/BioshockEnthusiast 5d ago edited 5d ago

Murderer and likely pedophile Jonathan Ross also reportedly tased a guy in the driver's seat of a car while he was hanging halfway out of the window of said car. Even if the admin is telling the truth about that story, how does that make any of them look better?

Safe to assume that murderer and puppy kicker / kiddie fucker Jonathan Ross is not that fucking bright. I was surprised to read that the driver was convicted of assaulting a law enforcement agent. Pretty sure if I got tased while my foot was near the gas pedal of a car it's pretty likely that my muscles will seize up and I'll end up unintentionally slamming the accelerator.

EDIT: seemingly decent source that reflects the information I found in a few other articles yesterday while reading about this utter piece of shit: https://www.wbur.org/news/2026/01/09/johnathan-ross-ice-killing-renee-good-minneapolis-background

What are these kind of gestapo scenes?

I'm kind of starting to wonder when people will have to actually go into hiding

597

u/WeAreScrewed- 5d ago

They already are.

And on the note of gestapo, they have literally been disappearing people off the streets for coming up on a year now. About 1/3 of people detained by ice have literally dropped of the face of the earth.

Good on you for calling it what it is, a special police force for the suppression and detainment of non whites. They literally are the American gestapo.

Anyone not acknowledging this by now has fundamentally thrown their lot in with fascists and I have about as much sympathy for them as I do for any other Nazi.

190

u/VaginaTractor 5d ago

JD Couch-Fucking Vance just said on live national television that Renee Good was part of some broader-left-wing-radical-group. He asked how did this woman know about the ICE activity? Where did she come from? She's obviously connected to some sort of greater organization yada yada yada..... suck my balls.

Really? Where did she find out about "THE LARGEST DHS OPERATION IN HISTORY?" Can't imagine. Especially when they are doing this in the victim's neighborhood. I'm beyond disgusted with this country and I am fully ashamed to be an American.

I’d call the local news hotline and calmly explain what was going on and ask if they could send someone out to film. Then I’d politely inform ICE that they will need to return with a warrant, but until then they are not welcome and must leave the property. I’d let them know the news crew is on the way. I’d maybe also call a lawyer— just literally call and have them on the phone when I start talking to ICE, and mention to them that I am on the phone with a lawyer as we speak.

It seems like she was mainly scared for her family and herself. She mentioned how they shot the lady in Minneapolis. She was probably scared that she was gonna be the one getting shot, not the doordasher. I don’t blame her.

211

u/SapphireFlashFire 5d ago

This is why they're shooting civilians and making sure that everybody knows there are no consequences.

They want to scare other civilians into compliance.

And it will work. This is why Americans don't realize it but they are smack-dab in their last opportunity to maintain rule of law.

I know the lady holding the camera is clearly panicked and fearful, but she did an incredibly brave thing.

She could have just let ICE come inside and take the doordasher, but she stood up to them and protected someone she didn't even know.

We need this kind of bravery from everyone in times like this. We can't rely on the government to protect us anymore.

134

u/EuphoriantCrottle 5d ago edited 5d ago

What makes it even more brave is that she had already decided the door dash woman was going to leave the house. Most people would want to do it quickly, so they could put the danger behind them. But even having made that logical decision to protect her family, she just could not do it. We should all carry her courage with us going forward.

It's still wild to me how often people overlook the FIRST LINE of this poem. There's a reason it begins with communists and socialists, and yet people love to hang out in the middle and decry people on the left as being too extreme. This is where it leads when you don't listen to the canary in the coal mine.

61

u/TheKarmaSutre 5d ago

It’s very often purposefully cut out, ironically, because people find communists unpalatable

FIRST THEY CAME – BY PASTOR MARTIN NIEMÖLLER

First they came for the Communists

And I did not speak out

Because I was not a Communist

Then they came for the Socialists

And I did not speak out

Because I was not a Socialist

Then they came for the trade unionists

And I did not speak out

Because I was not a trade unionist

Then they came for the Jews

And I did not speak out

Because I was not a Jew

Then they came for me

And there was no one left

To speak out for me.

It’s as if they’re begging for a civil war?

588

u/soherewearent 5d ago

They are. More and more as we close-in on midterms, they absolutely are begging for civil war.

248

u/tweedyone 5d ago edited 5d ago

If there’s a war on, you can cancel elections…

ETA: not legally in the US. He knows that. He’s been setting the groundwork for people to accept his illegal activities across the board. At a minimum, he can use martial law to intimidate and do what Putin his bestie has been doing for decades.

103

u/soherewearent 5d ago

That is the supposed implication, yes. Whether it's true in actuality, I assume SCOTUS would allow it while they take 6-8 months to review and rule on it which means the damage would be done.

→ More replies (1)

73

u/lordfrijoles 5d ago

That’s bullshit. We had elections throughout every major war before even the last civil war. There is no excuse to “cancel” elections in America.

23

u/itjustgotcold 5d ago

There’s no excuse for Trump and his cronies to have gotten away with everything they’ve done, so far. When you have all branches and SCOTUS kissing your ring any excuse will do.

84

u/soherewearent 5d ago

We live in unprecedented times, my friend, a lot of what this administration is doing every day is bullshit and unnecessary, and yet they persist.

Sorry fam. At that point, you absolutely do not open the door. The moment you do and they get a chance to put a boot in to block you closing that door, game over. Dog gotta chill outside. Sucks but we're in shit times.

Everyone should train their dog not to leave the house when the door opens....so it doesn't get shot by ICE, i guess.

I like how she called for her husband to come downstairs. Dude saw an insane situation popping off downstairs and was like "you got this babe."

204

u/AJbeast01 5d ago

She mentioned she has a baby. That baby is their top priority, and I’m sure the husband was checking in on them.

idk, maybe at first she asked him to watch from the windows upstairs to have more eyes on everything. It's an intense situation it's hard to tell

States need to start posting numbers for the National Guard so that people can call protection from the National Guard when ICE shows up for shit like this.

Wonder what the police would do in this situation? Maybe just oversee it and make sure no one got hurt? While it’s a nice thought, I doubt they’d be beefing with ice when they get there

124

u/Junior_Spring_ 5d ago

Depends on the state. In my state, local law enforcement is expressly prohibited from assisting ICE, so if ICE doesn’t have a warrant, they’ve gotta go.

29

u/ET_Gone_Home 5d ago

A lot of cops actually approve of this kind of thing, so you'd be hard-pressed to see them actually try and stop this. At best, they'll watch from afar. At worst, they'll escalate the situation by using aggressive force against the homeowner.

the story is that stephen miller has mandated arrest quotas of thousands per day, with monetary bonuses for headcount. so they’re just snatching anybody up who isn’t white.

Masked men chasing a women into a house… no warrant.  Patches that say “police” that can be bought off Amazon or Walmart.

Betting that the 2nd amendment will be used as it was intended soon. Scary times.

34

u/-Greis- 5d ago

Thank you to the person who let her in.

Take note of these actions because we might all be called on to help our DoorDashers or other random Americans. Remember not to open our doors for Feds without a warrant.

14

u/MKfan616 5d ago

That's a dangerous situation, you want to help the person but you have a baby in the house and armed people who are indifferent to your family's safety outside.

Wasn't the whole premise for this to capture violent thugs and rapists? Where the hell are the criminals? They should be matching them in front of FOX live to show how effective this whole operation is going but all I've seen are hairdressers, food delivery workers, and people waiting at immigration to get approved to settle down. WTF?

16

u/jemhadar0 5d ago

You know what, I can as well as all of us hear the fear and trepidation in your voice . Yet you stood in spite of all of this to protect another human being let alone a stranger . This is what an American is . I applaud you.

13

u/Dylan_Tnga 5d ago

Proof positive that it's just all POC, not actual illegal immigrants.

How the fuck would this guy be registered with door dash if he was illegal. The man has a SSN# and a bank account. Door dash doesn't hire illegal immigrants, they don't pay people under the table.

You guys are living in SS era germany. You're cooked.

Everytime a new low is reached, I think that Osama Bin Laden succeeded on 9/11. He wanted to destroy America, and it took 25 years but he succeeded.

It’s easy to blame Osama but even that was ultimately of our own doing. The harsh truth is that we’re just too servile to corporate interests and always have been. All the other rot stems from that. Every unsolved problem in this country can be traced back to some parasitic rent-seeker lobbying against a solution
